The first inhalations offer mineral-like scents of slate, limestone, chalk and granite; following aeration, hints of lemon peel, white pepper and juniper emerge. The palate entry is surprisingly fruity, sappy and corn sweet; the midpalate features traces of orange, angelica, orris and pine. Ends powerful, rich and spicy.
